
College of Education for Women Participates in Global Entrepreneurship Week with Inspiring Activities
Under the patronage of the President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhem, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Women, Asst. Prof. Dr. Amal Mohammed Abdul-Kareem, the Technology Incubator Unit at the College of Education for Women, organized a series of activities as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, in collaboration with the university’s main Technology Incubator Division and the Continuing Education Unit.
The program included a range of workshops and lectures addressing topics such as Successful Modern Experiences in Community Leadership, Creativity and Innovation in Entrepreneurial Thinking, and Analyzing the Factors Behind Commercial Fraud and Strategies to Combat It.
These activities aimed to promote an entrepreneurial mindset among students, encourage innovative thinking, and inspire participants to transform creative ideas into real-world projects that contribute to social and economic development. The events witnessed active participation from faculty members and students, reflecting the university’s commitment to fostering innovation and leadership.
