Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad Al-Asadi, President of the University of Basrah, and the supervision of the Technology Incubator Division at the University Presidency, the Technology Incubator Unit at the College of Arts organized a student activity as part of Entrepreneurship Week, focusing on the importance of entrepreneurship and its role in developing skills and achieving professional independence among students.

The activity included an open discussion between students and supervisors about the concept of entrepreneurship, its significance in creating new job opportunities beyond traditional employment frameworks, and the presentation of several innovative student project ideas.

Organizers emphasized that the University of Basrah, through its Technology Incubator, aims to promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among students, encouraging them to transform their ideas into productive projects that serve the community and contribute to sustainable development.
