The College of Arts at the University of Basrah organized a discussion session titled “The Human Library” as part of its activities aimed at enhancing intellectual communication and experience exchange among students and faculty members.
The session highlighted the concept of the Human Library, which allows individuals to act as “living books” sharing their real-life experiences and stories. The event promoted a culture of dialogue, breaking stereotypes, and building bridges of understanding and knowledge. Participants emphasized that such initiatives help develop communication and critical thinking skills, while fostering cultural and social awareness within the university community.
