The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah participated in the Scientific Achievements Exhibition held as part of the University’s Foundation Day celebrations, presenting a collection of research projects, applied studies, and scientific innovations that reflect the college’s excellence and leadership in veterinary and biological sciences.

The exhibition featured student projects and departmental works highlighting recent advances in animal disease diagnosis, veterinary prevention methods, and livestock improvement, in addition to promoting veterinary health awareness within the community.

The college’s administration emphasized that this participation aims to strengthen scientific collaboration across university faculties and to underscore the essential role of veterinary medicine in sustainable development and food security.
